Anna Ruth Hall
Anna Ruth Hall began her personal yoga practice in 2011 with Bikram Yoga, and soon after completed her 200-Hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in 2015 in Peru with Sembrando Semillas con Yoga. She has then gone on to complete a 50-Hour Yin Yoga Training with Yoga Renew and a 50-Hour Trauma-Informed Yoga & Mindfulness Training with The Prison Yoga Project which focuses on bringing yoga and mindfulness practices to imprisoned peoples and marginalized communities. As an artist and activist, Anna believes yoga, embodiment, and spirituality should be accessible to all beings, especially during the times of crises we’re living in. Over the years, Anna has taught children, college students, elders, people with differing abilities and offered her classes at festivals around the country.
Her style focuses on allowing the vessels of our bodies to breathe and live life as a prayer— both on and off the mat. She often weaves sound and music into her classes, encouraging people to open their throat chakra, let the power of their voice emerge, and come home to their primal nature.
Anna is also an Emotional Embodiment & Erotic Liberation Guide and incorporates yoga into her 1:1 session, circles, and retreats. Website: https://theinnerember.com

Naomi Newman
Yin is a slow-paced, gentle style of yoga that focuses on reaching the deep connective tissues; ligaments, tendons & fascia, rather than muscles. It involves holding passive poses for longer periods, typically 3-5 minutes, to promote flexibility, release tension & cultivate stillness.
As well as working into our tissues, stillness calms the mind by turning on the parasympathetic nervous system, slowing breath, lowering heart rate & blood pressure, while increasing GABA levels which promotes relaxation & potentially reduces anxiety, stress & fear.
